When a member of the Rebels & Rods car group heard about a local boy that was battling cancer, he told others in the group and together they decided they should do something special to lift the boys spirits. On a recent Sunday after their regular car show, the group held a private hot rod parade that ended right the boys front door. Once there, they presented him with a special “car guy” gift for the little boy that also included an engine shaped trophy for the little fighter.

The smile on the little boys face when all of the hot rods pulled up in front of his house could make anyone have a better day, it was really a special thing to see.

Attached are a couple pictures of the hot rod parade and of the youngster standing with his dad and some members of the car group.

Stay strong Conor….

  Wishing Conor All the Best
